All of our rugs are old, antique or vintage. They are all professionally cleaned and if needed repaired before sending in Cappadocia by professionals, as the nature of handmade rugs some rugs may show signs of wear due to age, We do our best to show this in the photos. All photos are taken in direct sunlight to show accurate colour, however, this may show differently on your device. Please bear in mind that all rugs are folded in storage creating a fold mark down the centre and diagonal but this will disappear in a short time when the rug is laid. The colours in the carpet will be perceived differently depending on the angle you view it from.
All our Kilim rugs are sourced directly from Turkey and are handmade using organic wool and dyes by nomadic tribes of the Anatolian Peninsula, often originally offered as part of a bridal dowry.
the dyes used in the production of this article we do not recommend that you use Stain Remover on this carpet. We advise that in the event of a stain you consult a specialist in your area or contact our customer service tea

How do I clean my rug? And how often should I clean it?
It is a good idea to get your rugs professionally cleaned at least every 5 years. See FAQ page for detailed cleaning instructions.
Do I need to put a pad under my rug?
Carpet pads are not needed to protect the back of the rugs or to protect the flooring from the rug.
Can I change the shipping address?
Shipping addresses can be changed after purchase providing your order has NOT been dispatched. Please, contact us with the correct address as soon as possible to avoid any issues.
